E-Contract is an aid to drafting and negotiating successful contracts for consumer and business e-commerce and related services. It is designed to assist people in formulating and implementing commercial contracts policies within e-businesses. It contains model contracts for the sale of products and supply of digital products and services to both consumers and businesses.

1. Agency - Being a media to provide services to client companies in need of human resources on temporary basis. This company (Agency) will maintain database or search for individual consultants whose skills would match to the job profiles provided by clients and then arrange for interviews.

2. Client (Company) - Different companies / corporate; while performing their usual business might need few human resources for a specific skill set for temporary basis. Clients are these companies in need of the individuals for a specific job on temporary basis.

3. Individual Consultant - Individual Consultants are the professionals who hold some skills for some specific jobs and work on Temporary basis (not as permanent employees) with different client companies.
